Job description

I’m looking for an experienced backend developer to create a reusable template for realtime multiplayer experiences, suitable for both games and collaborative applications (like whiteboards, chat, or shared workspaces).The goal is to build a lightweight, scalable, and developer-friendly backend that can serve as a foundation for any realtime project.What I need:
  • Realtime communication support (WebSockets or WebRTC)
  • Player/session management
  • Room creation and matchmaking logic
  • State synchronization and event broadcasting
  • Latency handling and basic security (anti-spam, auth, etc.)
  • Clean documentation and deployment guide (Docker or serverless option)
Optional Features:
  • Admin dashboard or debug panel
  • Turn-based and action-based mode support
  • Scalable hosting setup (e.g. Redis Pub/Sub, serverless workers)
Preferred Tech Stack:
Node.js, TypeScript, Socket.IO or WebRTC, Redis (optional), MongoDB or PostgresIdeal candidate:
